  • Detailed trip routing and personalized orientation for your Temagami region canoe trip.

Trips can be multi-day or just an overnight. We can provide a guide or set you up with what you require, maps, campsite locations, route information, etc.

A guide enhances the experience by providing the security of local knowledge, organization for meals, daily schedule and travel conditions. A guide will direct the cooking and camping work load but by no means will their presence diminish the need for everyone to chip in with everything from meals to portaging. In addition a guide will help in trip preparation, food outfitting, teaching of canoeing and camping skills, plus organization of personal gear to make your trip as fun, successful, and stress-free as possible.

The Temagami Region offers a wide variety of terrain to explore. If you are interested in basically a lake trip with little or no portaging, Temagami is the place. If you are looking for a bit more adventure, head northwest to the stunning falls of the Trout streams or go climb Maple Mountain and get a breathtaking view of the blue/green vistas. If that is not enough, the Temagami River awaits to the south with miles of class one and two rapids and stunning falls.
